“A VERY GOOD GIRL” Educational Panel hosted by FilAm Creative

FilAm Creative, a community organization supporting Filipino Americans in entertainment and media, hosted an educational panel for ABS-CBN’s “A Very Good Girl” on Friday, October 5, held at the Deco Building (5209 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA).

JAZZ TANGCAY (Variety Senior Artisans Editor) offered the Opening Remarks before introducing the event’s moderator, YONG CHAVEZ (Vice Chair of the Hollywood Creative Association (formerly Hollywood Critics Association), FilAm Creative Board of Advisors).

From FilAm Creative Executives – MARK J. LABELLA (Executive Director), DREA CASTRO (VP of Career Development Programs), and JEFF FRANCISCO (Dir. of Live Events), welcomed the first panel, ABS-CBN executives who have worked on the movie “A VERY GOOD GIRL” headed by Head of ABS-CBN Film Productions Kriz G. Gazmen.

Artist/Rapper RUBY IBARRA rendered a moving performance before the second panel was introduced — star of the films KATHRYN BERNARDO (Philippines’ prime artist, with 18M IG followers, and starred in highest grossing film in Filipino film history, “Hello, Love, Goodbye”) and DOLLY DE LEON (the first Filipino Actor Nominated for a Golden Globe). Also present to support the event was Mr. Carlo Katigbak (President of ABS-CBN) and Cory Vidanes (ABS-CBN COO of Broadcast).
